Like anything that is new you may be overwhelmed using it for the first time, but a few practicing and you will be able to get it in no time. This is a system that is complete for both multi and single users.

If there is a feature you need as a project manager, they have it. Just try the demo and you will see what it has to offer. The pricing for this is not on their site so I suggest emailing them to find that out. This tool is more than basic and a little less than advanced. If you are a virtual assistant with medium knowledge you will find this to be satisfying.

Smart Sheet

If spread sheets are your thing you will get a hang of this and enjoy it. The basic idea of this is to pool all the sheets of a similar project and anything that is like it. You will be able to work with clients and files can be uploaded for there to be discussions. If you are not a fan of spreadsheet you may take some time to get used to it. This is a free tool.

Easy Projects

If you want a single command post for a team, this tool will be very handy in helping you manage a project for numerous clients in one area. Two features that must be mentioned are the Hierarchical Role Based Permissions and the Employee Timesheet. This however is not a free service so you will have to pay up to enjoy what this tool has to offer.
